New Year's Day Crock Pot Chili Recipe

Ingredients:
Ground Turkey (1 pound)
1 packet of mild chili seasoning (I use "Simply Organic" Brand)
1/2 Medium Size Sweet Onion, diced
3-4 Celery Stalks, diced
*1 Can S&W Ready-Cut Italian Recipe Tomatoes (diced with garlic, oregano, & basil)
*2 Cans Tri-Bean Blend (Pinto, Kidney, & Black Beans)
*1 Can Great Northern Beans (White Beans)
*3 Cans  Hot Chili Beans in Sauce

Add Cholula Hot Sauce to taste
Garnish with Sour Cream, Cheese, Parsley
Serve with Cornbread

*I use the 15 ounce can of beans from Ralph's grocery store, Simple Truth Organic Brand. (Use similar beans found at your local grocery store)
**I use Marie Callender's Corn Bread Mix

Brown 1 pound of ground turkey in large skillet, mixing in 1 packet of mild chili seasoning & 1/4 cup water. Stir in diced sweet onion & celery, cooking until tender. Stir in meat mixture to crock pot of beans. Set crock pot to high for 1-2 hours, then set to low to keep chili hot through out the day. Set out bowls, spoons, hot sauce, garnish, & corn bread for your family and friends to enjoy a delicious meal at their leisure! Happy New Year from ModMomMaternity!
